Hm. Are you sure the IP is right? Otherwise the server restarts regularly.

The first time it'll bug out constantly, restart your byond and keep trying

Well, this is the connection report thread, I try to connect to the server and it says "connection failed." I tried restarting my BYOND and it still says it. Any ideas?
